Apple’s CEO Tim Cook heeft zijn team per mail een toelichting over het grote winstverlies gegeven. De uitleg over de slechte kwartaalcijfers is gericht aan het personeel en investeerders.
Tegenvallende kwartaalcijfers
Apple heeft als gevolg van het eerste winstverlies sinds tijden een flinke schok gekregen. Behalve dat het bedrijf continu slecht in het nieuws is, is het ook een onverwachtse terugval die vooral uit de verkoop van de iPhone afkomstig is.
In een mail roept Tim Cook zijn werknemers op om live zijn uitleg in een meeting te volgen voor verduidelijking. Dit werd duidelijk door een mail die naar buiten gelekt is.
